2. Description of Service

Doro Social (operated by Admas Technology LLC) is a content operations workspace that allows creators, teams, and agencies to plan, organize, prepare, and track content destined for multiple social media platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter). The Service includes content planning tools, per-platform deployment tracking, template creation, workflow management, and scheduling. Direct one-click publishing, AI-assisted content generation, and platform-specific analytics integrations are rolled out feature-by-feature as each platform's API access is approved and the corresponding feature is enabled in your account; not all integrations and AI features are available at all times.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Doro Social. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. The Service is not directed at or intended for use by persons under the age of 18. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will terminate their account.

12. Termination, Account Deletion, and Data Export

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. We will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice of termination where practicable.

You may terminate your account at any time through your account Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and your connected social media platform access tokens will be revoked and deleted within 30 days. Some integrations, including YouTube, may also provide immediate disconnect controls that revoke and delete access tokens before account termination.

Account Deletion. You may permanently delete your account and all associated data — including brands, content, deployments, and connected account tokens — directly from your Settings page. Hard deletion is processed within 30 days. Billing records are retained as required by applicable financial regulations.

Source Video Retention. To manage storage costs, Doro Social may automatically delete uploaded source video files after the retention window for your plan. Free-plan source videos are generally retained for 24 hours, while paid-plan source video retention is longer and based on the retention period configured for your plan. This cleanup removes the stored video file, not the dashboard item, post records, filename/reference, captions, transcripts, or metadata.

Data Export. You may request a machine-readable export of your Doro Social data at any time from your Settings page or by contacting [email protected]. This right is provided in compliance with applicable data portability requirements.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, with proceedings conducted in English and in Clark County, Nevada. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Nothing in this section limits your right to seek emergency injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect your or our intellectual property rights or confidential information, pending final resolution of a dispute.

14. Changes to These Terms
