Data Deletion Instructions

Doro Social lets users connect Meta accounts, including Facebook Pages and Instagram Business or Creator accounts, so they can manage content workflows through the Service. This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with your Doro Social account and connected Meta accounts.
1. Delete Your Data from Doro Social
To request deletion of your Doro Social account data, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your Doro Social account. Include "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line.
We will verify the request and delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, billing, or compliance purposes.
2. Disconnect Facebook or Instagram
You may also revoke Doro Social's access to your Meta account at any time from your Facebook settings:
- Open Facebook and go to Settings & privacy.
- Select Settings, then Apps and Websites.
- Find Doro Social in the list of connected apps.
- Remove Doro Social to revoke access.
Removing Doro Social from your Meta account revokes future API access. To delete data already stored in Doro Social, submit the deletion request described above.
3. What We Delete
After a verified deletion request, we delete or anonymize personal data associated with your account, including connected social account identifiers, OAuth tokens, profile metadata received from connected platforms, content records, workflow data, and support communications where deletion is legally permitted.
Data that has already been published to Facebook, Instagram, or another third-party platform must be deleted directly on that platform unless Doro Social still has an active connection and the relevant platform API permits deletion.
4. Timing and Confirmation
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. If additional time is required due to request complexity or legal obligations, we will notify you using the contact information associated with your account.
